E-marketing intelligence solution uses RunMyProcess to orchestrate their Saas offering

Web Leads Tracker is the brainchild of Hervé Gonay, the company’s founder and CEO. Gonay wanted to turn web analytics into a proactive marketing tool, one that would allow companies to generate leads rather than just track visitors to their web sites. Web Leads Tracker is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that provides customers with B-to-B e-marketing intelligence and behavioral scoring of their website visitors.

Challenge

From the start, Gonay wanted his company’s offering to be a pure-player SaaS solution. But in order for it to work, the solution would have to integrate 15 different web services from the US, France and India. After conducting a benchmark, Gonay knew he wanted the solution to house data and deliver reports on the Force.com platform. What he couldn’t figure out was how to tie together the web services.

Solution

During a Cloud computing conference, Gonay put his question to the participants. Could any of them tell him how to tie together 15 different web services? Matthieu Hug, CEO of RunMyProcess, said he could. After seeing a demonstration, Gonay quickly understood the advantages of RunMyProcess, with its mix of workflow and system integration combined with the visual monetization of business processes. The team of developers from Web Leads Tracker and RunMyProcess developed the solution in deux months. RunMyProcess orchestrates the integration of the web services and the workflows. The information is then integrated into Force.com.
