In its report Cool Vendors in Business Process Management, 2009 published last Friday, the leading IT analyst firm Gartner, Inc., identifies RunMyProcess as one of the most innovative BPM solutions of the year. In Gartner terminology, a “cool vendor” is a company offering innovative and transformative solutions.
