Total data confidentiality
RunMyProcess stores each organization's data separately and protects it with a several levels of access control. It is impossible for one organization to access the data of another. We guarantee it.

AWS Infrastructure
RunMyProcess is built on Amazon Web Services infrastructure, which is ISO 27001 certified, Level 1 PCI compliant, has successfully completed multiple SAS70 Type II audits and meet HIPAA standards. AWS is housed in Amazon-controlled data centers around the world, which are secured with a variety of physical barriers to prevent unauthorized access. RunMyProcess takes full advantage of the security features of AWS to protect our customers’ data. AWS is also compliant with European Union regulations on data privacy through the Safe Harbor compliancy.
Secure channel
Communication between the browser and the RunMyProcess platform is secured using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All connections are protected with authentication and authorization. All user operations are logged along with IP addresses and other session details.
Regular replication and backups
We replicate data changes daily. Backups are duplicated and stored in three sites on Amazon S3, which guarantees 99.999999999% durability and 99.99% availability over a given year. Backup storage is designed to survive the concurrent loss of data in two facilities.
Continuous testing
To ensure that your business processes always run at their best, the RunMyProcess platform is being continually tested with about 1,500 functional testing processes. These processes are run daily on both our production and acceptance environments. They simulate a wide range of unitary and complex scenarios. These tests are updated continuously within our R&D cycle, and for each new set of functionalities developed.
Peace of Mind
Browser compatibility
RunMyProcess supports the recent versions of all major Web browsers for Mac and PC. Although a Flash Player is required to develop on the platform, using an application build on RunMyProcess requires nothing but a reasonnably recent browser. Applications created with the platform are also compatible with Android, BlackBerry, iPhone and iPad browsers.
Automatic updates
Whenever we release a new version of the platform, your account gets automatially updated at no added cost. So you get regularly new functionnalities, several times a year.
On-the-fly scalability
As you would expect, as a PaaS environment, RunMyProcess lets you add and remove users as required. You only pay for your current user base. Even better, the performance of the platform is continually scaled to your application requirements. Here's how we do it. We constantly tune the platform's architecture based on usage data. We also monitor performance issues, such as response times, and make system improvements behind the scenes before they become an issue.
