Our platform hosting uses the Cloud Computing platform From Amazon (AWS), which enables real-time scalability . We leverage a wide range of AWS tools to meet even the highest expectations in terms of availability and quality of service. Among others AWS offers, we use in particular EC2, EBS, S3, Load Balancer and Autoscaler. This hosting environment meets the most restrictive international standards and has been validated by the SAS-70 type II certification. It is also compliant with European Union regulations on data privacy through the Safe Harbor compliancy. |

Security |
| Access to the RunMyProcess platform is done through the Internet, and is secured through authentication and authorization of every user, and the use of the secured SSL protocol. Moreover, all access rights are highly configurable on a per user basis from within each customer account. | |

Quality assurance and testing |
| To ensure the quality of the platform we provide, we use RunMyprocess internally to design and run more than 900 functional testing processes. These processes are run daily on both our production and acceptance environments; they simulate a wide range of unitary and complex scenarios. These tests are updated continuously within our R&D cycle, and for each new set of functionalities developed. | |
