Google Enterprise, GoWizYou, Bittle, and RunMyProcess launch Gotowin Experts, a package for Chartered Accountants

Google Enterprise partners with, GoWizYou, Bittle, and RunMyProcess to launch Gotowin Experts, a Cloud-based package for Chartered accountants in France 

Paris, September 26, 2011 – Gotowin Experts is the result of close collaboration between four major Cloud players and a selection of Chartered Accountants. The combined offer of collaborative and mobile services for accountants and their clients represent a break from more traditional products available in this market. The offer will be presented for the first time at the next Congress of Accountants in Marseille from October 13-15, 2011.

Originally conceived by the Cloud integrator GoWizYou, the partners joined together to develop this offer dedicated exclusively to accounting firms of all sizes. The solution has two major objectives for the profession:
- To provide innovative and collaborative in-house solutions to optimize staff productivity
- To allow accountants to offer their customers value-added services that differenciate them from competitors while significantly increasing their sales.

Gotowin Experts is the 100% web solution designed with the input of accounts to address their very specific needs. As regulations are lifted and the market is opened to less accredited accountants, Chartered Accounts offer value-added services to their customers and, in fact, optimize their internal processes to improve responsiveness, productivity and quality.

To help optimize the management of the firm, Gotowin Experts offers:
- Improved communication and collaboration between different users thanks to its integration with Google Apps, an online collaboration suite that includes an easy to use messaging service, a shared calendar, a system of voice and video chat, shared documents and the creation of web sites
- A solution for electronic document management and collaborative platform for managing and archiving information
- A management tool to oversee the firm's real-time periods of year-end closing and improve productivity
 

To help generate income, Gotowin Experts Chartered Accountants are able to provide their own customers with:
- A solution of human resources management to streamline the collection of information necessary for the creation and drafting of employment contracts
- Easy-to-use and simple dashboards that allow instant access to key financial figures
- A cash management tool to help monitor cash in real time.
